The aggregate consideration was approximately HK$0.07 million.
Prior to the transaction, C-MER Medical had 1.21 billion issued shares (excluding 23.55 million treasury shares). The latest repurchase trimmed the issued share count (excluding treasury shares) by 0.0066% to 1.21 billion, while increasing treasury shares to 23.63 million. Total issued shares outstanding remain unchanged at 1.23 billion.
The buyback was conducted under the general mandate granted by shareholders on 20 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 123.23 million shares. To date, 80,000 shares—equivalent to 0.0065% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.
All 80,000 repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares and have not been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, C-MER Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 7 October 2026.
