Jinxin Group has recently received official approval from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee to establish a national-level postdoctoral research workstation. The group, formally known as Chengdu Jinxin Medical Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., has secured this prestigious designation, marking a significant milestone in its research and development capabilities.

Founded in 1951, Jinxin Group has grown into a highly influential healthcare conglomerate in China, with a diversified business portfolio spanning assisted reproduction, full-cycle women's health, medical services, and elderly care. The group has consistently pursued an integrated development strategy combining production, education, and research. According to Frost & Sullivan data, its subsidiary JXR (01951) ranks first in China for oocyte retrieval cycles, leveraging renowned medical institutions such as Sichuan Jinxin Xinnan Women's and Children's Hospital, Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, and HRC Fertility in the United States to build a global network for women's health and assisted reproduction services.

Jinxin Group's General Manager, Lü Rong, stated that the organization remains guided by clinical needs and has continuously strengthened its research platforms and high-caliber talent development. The group has established an innovation system covering basic research, clinical studies, technology development, and results commercialization. In recent years, Jinxin Group has pursued research initiatives across key areas including reproductive medicine, maternal-fetal immunology, stem cell and regenerative medicine, and genetic diagnostics. To date, the group has published over 500 scientific papers, secured nearly 100 approved research projects, and received 7 national, provincial, and municipal science and technology awards. Over the past five years alone, it has undertaken 87 research projects with approximately 53 million yuan invested in research funding.

The group currently operates core research platforms in Chengdu and Shenzhen, spanning more than 5,000 square meters. These facilities include specialized platforms for GMP-grade cell preparation, digital pathology, multi-color flow cytometry, protein mass spectrometry and exosome detection, live-cell imaging, and molecular genetic sequencing, providing excellent conditions for postdoctoral researchers to conduct cutting-edge studies. The research team comprises 83 full-time scientific staff members, including experts receiving special government allowances from the State Council, national second-level professors, and recipients of the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talents award. The group has also jointly trained 5 postdoctoral researchers to date.

Lü Rong emphasized that Jinxin Group has established comprehensive systems for postdoctoral recruitment, training, assessment, and research management. With the new workstation in place, the group will further leverage premium innovation resources from Jinjiang District and Chengdu, focusing on frontier fields such as reproductive medicine, maternal-fetal immunology, and stem cell and regenerative medicine. The initiative aims to strengthen the cultivation and introduction of high-level talent while enhancing industry-university-research-medicine collaboration, ultimately facilitating the translation and application of more scientific achievements in Chengdu.
