At the 2026 Inclusion·Bund Conference held on September 11, Ant Fortune unveiled the latest developments of its open platform, revealing a significant surge in AI adoption among partner institutions. According to the disclosure, 93% of institutions on the platform have now integrated AI into their operations, propelling the average daily service volume up by an impressive 23-fold compared to earlier figures.

Wang Jun, President of the Wealth Management Business Group at Ant Group, stated that Ant Fortune is leveraging open co-operation models and AI tools to connect with professional entities such as fund companies, aiming to broaden the scope of wealth management services. Platform data indicates that with AI-assisted operations, the average number of services available to each user has surged from 3,000 to 50,000, with the service adoption rate climbing to 16%. Wang emphasized that while AI plays a key role in boosting service efficiency and personalization, it does not alter the professional essence of financial services.

Beyond supporting content production and operational tasks, AI is now extending into more intricate areas such as fund selection, data analytics, and portfolio tracking. Yu Tao, Vice President of the Wealth Management Business Group and Head of the AI Lab at Ant Group, explained that the Ant Fortune app can analyze user needs based on predefined goals, preferences, and current holdings, while leveraging financial data, models, and tools to complete relevant tasks.

Among the newly highlighted features, the "AI Picks for Me" tool assists users in screening and comparing fund products, while "Investment with Confidence" supports queries across more than 30,000 financial metrics, displaying data sources, statistical methodologies, and calculation processes. Ant Fortune noted that both tools have achieved a task resolution rate of 95%.

In the realm of portfolio services, the platform has introduced personalized holdings analysis and a "Watch for Me" feature. Users can set specific tasks, after which the system generates weekly reports based on holdings and market movements, while also flagging critical changes. Unlike one-off Q&A interactions, these features signal a transition for wealth management AI towards continuous tracking and monitoring services.

Additionally, Ant Fund disclosed that non-monetary fund users with allocations of 1,000 yuan now comprise 60% of the platform's user base, while those with 10,000 yuan allocate funds across an average of 3.2 product categories. Cumulative regular investment users have exceeded 70 million, and according to Ant Fund's calculation criteria, a total of 200 million non-monetary fund users have achieved profitability.
