Nayuki Executes Additional Share Buyback, Lifts Treasury Stock to 33.42 Million Shares

Nayuki Holdings Limited reported the repurchase of 2.27 million ordinary shares on 4 September 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The on-market transaction was conducted under the company’s existing share-repurchase mandate dated 24 June 2026. Shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 0.675 and HKD 0.700, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 0.6887, bringing total cash outlay to approximately HKD 1.56 million.

Post-transaction, Nayuki’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) dropped 0.14 percent to 1.67 billion shares. Treasury shares increased from 31.15 million to 33.42 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 1.71 billion shares.

Since receiving shareholder approval in June, Nayuki has repurchased 24.28 million shares—equivalent to 1.43 percent of the outstanding shares on the mandate date—against an authorised limit of 169.84 million shares.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares for 30 days following the latest repurchase, setting the current moratorium to 4 October 2026.
