Sing Lee Software Maintains Stable Share Capital in August 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25% Threshold

Hong Kong-listed Sing Lee Software (Group) Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 September 2026.

The authorised share capital stayed at HKD 100.00 million, representing 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. Issued shares were unchanged at 1.32 billion, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

Sing Lee Software confirmed compliance with the GEM minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, signalling sufficient free-float liquidity.

Share-based incentives also remained static. The outstanding pool under the 7 April 2017 option scheme totalled 48.40 million options at an exercise price of HKD 0.1538, equivalent to roughly 3.67% of the company’s issued share base. No options were granted, exercised, lapsed or cancelled during the month, and no new funds were raised via option exercises.

The filing recorded no warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments, and no share buy-backs or issuances, indicating a steady capital position throughout August 2026.
