Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 4 September 2026 it subscribed to principal-guaranteed structured deposit products with floating returns worth RMB70.00 million from Bank of Jiangsu. The latest placement follows two prior subscriptions—RMB50.00 million in April 2026 and RMB150.00 million in August 2026—bringing the company’s outstanding balance in these products to RMB270.00 million.
The three deposits share similar terms: • April 2026 tranche: RMB50.00 million, maturing 14 October 2026, annualised return of 2.05%. • August 2026 tranche: RMB150.00 million, maturing 14 September 2026, tiered annualised return of 1.00%, 1.85% or 2.05%. • September 2026 tranche: RMB70.00 million, maturing 7 December 2026, tiered annualised return of 1.00% or 1.75%.
All subscriptions were funded from internal resources; no proceeds from the July 2025 global offering were deployed. Fortior cites capital-management objectives—enhancing yields on surplus cash while maintaining high liquidity and low risk—as the rationale for choosing principal-guaranteed products.
Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 14.22, the three tranches are aggregated because of their similar nature and overlapping maturity profiles. The combined size pushes the highest applicable percentage ratio above 5% but below 25%, classifying the series of subscriptions as a discloseable transaction subject to reporting and announcement requirements under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
The board, including independent non-executive directors, considers the terms fair and reasonable and has confirmed that the company’s existing internal controls adequately safeguard liquidity and shareholder interests.
