Silver Grant Sees Stable Share Base in August 2026; Public Float Compliance Affirmed

Silver Grant International Holdings Group Limited reported that its issued share capital remained unchanged for the month ended 31 August 2026. The company’s outstanding ordinary shares totaled 2.30 billion, with no treasury shares recorded, leaving the overall issued share count steady at 2.30 billion.

The filing, submitted on 3 September 2026, confirms that Silver Grant did not issue or cancel any shares, treasury shares, share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked securities during August. Consequently, no adjustments were made under any share option schemes, warrant programs, convertible instruments, or other share–related agreements.

Management further certified that Silver Grant’s public float comfortably met the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25 percent as at month-end, satisfying Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.

All directors’ confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided, indicating full compliance with listing and regulatory obligations throughout the reporting period.
