CZBANK Seeks Shareholder Nod to Issue up to RMB 140 Billion in Onshore Financial Bonds

China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (CZBANK) has called a second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 3:00 p.m. on 21 September 2026 at its Hangzhou head office to secure shareholder approval for a substantial onshore fund-raising plan.

Key terms of the proposed transaction • Maximum issuance size: up to RMB 140.00 billion (approximately USD 19.20 billion). • Instrument scope: small-micro financial bonds, green financial bonds, ordinary financial bonds, science-and-technology innovation bonds, and agriculture-focused financial bonds. • Issuance window: from the date of shareholder approval through end-June 2027. • Execution mechanics: upon approval, the board will be authorised to delegate issuance timing and related matters to senior management in line with market conditions.
