160 HEALTH (02656) has extended its decline, tumbling more than 14% to hit HK$4.705, marking a fresh historic low. This represents a staggering drop of over 95% from its all-time peak of HK$158.40.

At the time of writing, the stock is down 12.74% to HK$4.865, with turnover reaching HK$139 million.

The company has now been listed for a full year, and the lock-up commitments from its controlling shareholders and pre-IPO investors officially expired on September 16. Analysts had previously cautioned that these shareholders acquired their stakes at costs significantly lower than the listing price, creating a strong incentive to cash out once the restriction period concluded. Given that 160 HEALTH has consistently experienced thin daily trading volumes, even a modest influx of unlocked shares entering the secondary market could exert severe downward pressure on the stock price.

Additionally, the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on September 18, 160 HEALTH showed a notable position shift, with deposited shares totaling HK$201 million, representing 7.68% of the company. A shareholder deposited 13,048,900 shares into China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities, increasing their holdings by 3.76%.
