Vitasoy International Holdings Limited (Vitasoy Int’l) disclosed a further on-market share repurchase on 4 September 2026, acquiring 86,000 ordinary shares at prices between HKD 6.455 and HKD 6.460. The transaction cost totalled HKD 0.56 million.
Including earlier purchases made between 25 August and 2 September, the company has now bought back 1,072,000 shares—equivalent to 0.105% of the issued share capital on the mandate date—at a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 6.46. The aggregated consideration for the seven trading sessions is about HKD 6.92 million.
All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the share register. Consequently, the issued share capital remains at 1,017.56 million shares as of 4 September 2026.
The current buybacks utilise roughly 1.05% of the 101.76 million-share repurchase mandate approved on 24 August 2026, leaving close to 99% of the authority unspent. Under Hong Kong Exchange rules, Vitasoy Int’l is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 4 October 2026 following the latest repurchase.
