Mega Genomics Limited disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return detailing an on-market repurchase of 54,600 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026. The shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 7.16 and HKD 7.195, for a total consideration of HKD 0.39 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 223.39 million from 223.45 million, a reduction of 0.0244%. Treasury share holdings rose to 0.91 million, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 224.30 million.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises up to 22.43 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 0.91 million shares, representing 0.4046% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Mega Genomics is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026. The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements.
