Techtronic Industries Executes Share Buyback on September 4

Techtronic Industries Co Ltd (HKEX: 00669) repurchased 35,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 4, 2026, at a total cost of approximately HKD 4.71 million. The buyback price per share ranged from a low of HKD 132.5 to a high of HKD 135.2.

The company intends to cancel all 35,000 repurchased shares, with none being held as treasury stock. Following this transaction, the total issued shares, excluding treasury shares, stood at 1,827,547,941, while the treasury share balance remained at zero.

This buyback activity falls under a share repurchase mandate approved on May 8, 2026, which authorizes the company to buy back up to 182,975,994 shares. As of September 4, a cumulative total of 3,250,500 shares had been repurchased under this mandate, representing 0.178% of the issued shares (excluding treasury shares) on the day the resolution was passed.

In addition, between August 25 and September 4, 2026, the company completed eight other repurchase transactions that have yet to be cancelled. These buybacks were executed at per-share prices ranging between HKD 129.9009 and HKD 140.325.
