CSC successfully hosted its 2026 Global Investor Conference in Hong Kong on September 8, 2026. Under the theme "Uniting China's Innovation, Connecting Global Capital," the event brought together institutional investors from the Middle East, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas, alongside leading enterprises in technology and biomedicine.

During his opening address, CSC Chairman Liu Cheng shared three "growing certainties." First, investing in China is increasingly a sure bet. Driven by technological innovation, the Chinese economy is accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces, demonstrating remarkable resilience and vitality. Foreign capital is casting votes of confidence in China through tangible investments. Second, choosing Hong Kong is increasingly certain. Hong Kong remains the premier gateway for global capital to access opportunities in China, with its unique roles as a "super connector," "super value-added service provider," and "super partner" becoming even more prominent amid global shifts. Third, partnering with CSC is increasingly certain. Since its founding 21 years ago, CSC has remained committed to serving national strategies and the real economy, steadily advancing its international footprint. In the first half of this year, the company posted substantial growth in operating results, with the synergies of integrated domestic and overseas operations accelerating.

The conference was moderated by Wu Chaoze, member of the Executive Committee of CSC and Chairman of CSC International. Ren Jingxin, Director of the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises of the Hong Kong SAR Government, delivered a keynote speech titled "Integrating into the '15th Five-Year Plan' Development Agenda, Building a New Heights for Enterprise Clustering and Capital Connectivity in Hong Kong." He noted that Hong Kong, built on its "super connector" positioning, has received strong national support and, through various industrial policies, is evolving into a "super value-added service provider" and "super partner." Enterprises can leverage Hong Kong's international financial platform, global talent pool, alignment with international standards and operational models, and global reach to achieve further growth.

A dedicated Middle East session featured Mark Steward, President of the Dubai Financial Services Authority, who delivered a special address. Eric Salomons, Vice President of Dubai Financial Market, provided a detailed overview of the latest developments in the Dubai capital market and engaged in a fireside chat with His Excellency Mohammad Abdulrahman Athawi, Deputy Minister of Investment of the UAE, on "Investment Opportunities in the Middle East Market."

The conference also included multiple keynote speeches and thematic panel discussions. Speakers including Felix Zhou, CFO of XtalPi; Ma Yang, CEO of Tashan Technology; Gemma Buchan, Global Head of Sell-Side Research Content at Bloomberg; Louis Kay, Global CFO of Vingroup GSM; and He Haifeng, Chief Global Economist at CSC, shared insights on frontier topics, presenting practical pathways and investment opportunities in AI technology implementation from multiple perspectives.

During the panel sessions, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on three major topics: AI innovation, China's innovative pharmaceuticals, and RMB internationalization, offering forward-looking ideas for industrial upgrading and capital flows. From policy directions to industry frontiers, and from technological innovation to capital empowerment, the conference served as both a window into China's technological progress and a bridge connecting global capital. CSC is committed to joining hands with partners across sectors, embracing global markets with greater openness, serving the real economy with enhanced expertise, and supporting enterprise growth with a long-term vision.
