According to the latest filing from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 7, board chairman Yang Zhenxin increased his holdings in GLORIOUS SUN (00393) by 60,000 shares.
The shares were acquired at an average price of HKD 1.305 each, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HKD 78,300.
Following this purchase, Yang Zhenxin's latest shareholding count stands at around 962 million shares, representing a 64.14% stake in the company.
