Ling Yue Services Misses Xichang Land Bid; RMB 8.33 Million Deposit Returned

Ling Yue Services Group Limited announced that its offer for land use rights in Xichang, Sichuan Province—tendered by the Xichang Natural Resources Bureau—was unsuccessful.
The company had lodged a bidding deposit of RMB 8.33 million, which has now been fully refunded without interest or deductions.
Ling Yue Services stated it will continue to pursue additional investment opportunities aimed at enhancing returns for both the company and its shareholders.
The disclosure follows the firm’s earlier announcement on 2 August 2026 regarding its intention to acquire the land parcel through public tender.
