SWHY Completes Full Redemption and Delisting of Its Short-Term Bond

Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 06806) has announced the full settlement and delisting of its short-term corporate bond. The subsidiary, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., issued the bond on February 26, 2026, as part of its second tranche of publicly offered short-term corporate bonds for professional investors.

The bond, identified by code 524675 and abbreviated as "26 Shen Zheng D3," had a total issuance size of RMB 500 million, a tenor of 190 days, and a coupon rate of 1.64%. The payment date for principal and interest was set for September 4, 2026, with the same date also serving as the delisting date.

In accordance with the terms outlined in the offering prospectus for the second tranche of short-term corporate bonds, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the redemption of the bond's principal and interest, and the bond has now been officially removed from trading.
