Dongkuk Steel Mill (KRX:460860) said it has approved a 69 billion won debt guarantee for affiliate company DKC, with The Tokyo Star Bank as creditor, according to a Friday filing with the Korean Exchange.
The South Korean steel company said the guarantee runs from Sept. 11, 2026, to Aug. 27, 2027, and represents 3.7% of its 2025 equity capital.
