Alpha HPA (ASX:A4N) said Vanguard Group ceased to be a substantial holder after its voting power in the firm fell to 4.945% as of Monday, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The industrial minerals company's shares fell nearly 1% in recent trading on Friday.
