Fushun Special Steel's (SHA:600399) controlling shareholder, Jiangsu Shagang Group, changed its name to Shagang Holding Group, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
Shagang Holding received a new business license after finishing the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures, the filing said.
