Shinsegae's (KRX:004170) real estate development subsidiary Shinsegae Property has partnered with ultra-luxury hospitality brand Aman to bring Aman Seoul in Cheongdam, South Korea, The Korea Herald reported Wednesday, citing a company announcement.

Aman Seoul will comprise a hotel, 49 brand residences and a retail and cultural space, the report said.

Shinsegae Property will be in charge of developing the property, including planning, strategy and execution, according to the report.

Aman's duties include design and operations and management of the hotel and residences, the report said.
