BofA Securities lowered its price target on Ollie's Bargain Outlet (OLLI) to $105 from $115 following Q2 results, where the company posted an EPS beat, as disappointing sales were offset by gross-margin expansion, helped by tariff refunds.

The brokerage raised its 2026 EPS estimate by 2% to $4.62 to reflect the quarterly beat, partially offset by a weaker sales and margin outlook for the second half of the year. However, it reduced its 2027 EPS estimate by 2% to $4.98 as the company laps tariff refunds.

Despite the lower target, the brokerage reiterated its Buy rating on the stock, viewing the retailer as a beneficiary of today's choppy macro environment given its value proposition should drive trade down.

Ollie's Bargain Outlet has an average rating of buy and mean price target of $100.07, according to analysts polled by FactSet.
