Gold Circuit Electronics (TPE:2368) said its subsidiaries will acquire new operating equipment for production and operational use, according to Thursday Taiwan Exchange filings.
Suzhou Gold Circuit Electronics will purchase equipment worth $17.1 million from Germany's Schmoll Maschinen, while Gold Circuit Electronics (Thailand) will acquire equipment valued at 694.2 million baht from CESE (Thailand).
