Fleetwood (ASX:FWD) completed the divestment of its recreational vehicles division comprising the Camec business to Aussie Traveller, according to an Australian bourse filing on Wednesday after market hours.
The transaction was completed on Tuesday under a binding asset sale agreement, the filing added.
