Yodoko (TYO:5451) has finalized the sale of 95% of its equity interest in consolidated subsidiary Yodogawa-Shengyu (Hefei) High-Tech Steel (YSS) to Hebei Xinjin Wanli New Material Science & Technology on Sept. 2.

The transaction includes Yodoko's direct 74.09% stake and its subsidiary Sheng Yu Steel's (SYSCO) entire 20.91% holding, reducing Yodoko's post-sale ownership to just 5% with no remaining SYSCO interest.

The total selling price stands at 232.8 million yuan, with Yodoko receiving 181.5 million yuan and SYSCO 51.23 million yuan, according to bourse filing on Wednesday.

As a result, YSS will be removed from Yodoko's consolidated operations, with the financial impact already incorporated into the company's forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 2027.
