Guangdong Sinoplast Advanced Material (SHE:301686) will hold an online roadshow on Sept. 9 ahead of its initial public offering on Shenzhen's ChiNext board, according to a Tuesday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.
The modified engineering plastics company earmarked the proceeds of its IPO of 12.3 million shares to fund an intelligent production base, expand its Jiangxi plant, establish a research and development center, and supplement working capital.
