Powerlong Real Estate (HKG:1238) recorded contracted sales of 460 million yuan in August, with a sales area of 55,007 square meters, according to a Monday bourse disclosure.
For the eight months ended Aug. 31, contracted sales and sales reached roughly 4.43 billion yuan and 441,356 square meters, respectively.
