Hangzhou Greenda Electronic Materials (SHA:603931) completed the liquidation and cancellation of private equity fund Hangshi Greenda Equity Investment Partnership.
The fund, co-established in 2021 and never commenced actual investment operations, was dissolved by unanimous consent of all partners to optimize resource allocation, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the high-purity wet electronic chemical producer closed 3% higher Monday.
