Times China (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of around 205 million yuan in August, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 16,900 square meters.
For the eight months ended Aug. 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 2.24 billion yuan and 219,700 square meters, respectively, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse disclosure.
