Viridis Mining and Minerals (ASX:VMM) awarded the residue pressure filtration package to specialist clay filter press manufacturer Dewater Filter Press for the Colossus rare earth project in Brazil, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The order covers the design, manufacture, fabrication, testing, and supply of the residue pressure filtration package. Viridis structured the order to limit pre-final investment decision financial exposure, with staged payment milestones and a contractual hold point before full notice to proceed.
