Tata Consultancy Unit HyperVault to Build Up to 1GW AI Data Center Campus in Telangana

Tata Consultancy Services (NSE:TCS, BOM:532540) said its subsidiary HyperVault AI Data Center has secured 264 acres in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, to develop an AI data center campus with a capacity of up to 1GW, according to a Saturday exchange filing.

The campus will provide high-density, liquid-cooled infrastructure for AI companies and hyperscalers, supporting training, inference and other advanced workloads.

HyperVault and its partners are expected to invest up to 700 billion rupees in the campus, which will use green energy and a water-neutral design.

The project is expected to create several thousand direct and indirect jobs.
