Anteris Technologies (ASX:AVR) said Brent Moen was appointed as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 11, succeeding Matthew McDonnell, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Moen previously served as CFO of LifeLens Technologies, per the filing.
The medical technology company's shares rose nearly 4% in recent trading on Monday.
