Toyota Motor (TYO:7203) aims to boost operating profit from sources outside new-car sales by about 40% to 3 trillion yen by fiscal 2030, Nikkei Asia reported Monday.
The Japanese carmaker intends to achieve this by rolling out software updates and leasing vehicles, the report said.
Toyota did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
