Lycopodium (ASX:LYL) said its personnel were not on site and were, therefore, unaffected by a security incident at Kefi Gold and Copper's Tulu Kapi Gold Project in Ethiopia on Sept. 4, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company said its fiscal 2027 financial guidance remains unchanged despite the incident, supported by Kefi's current development plans, new work secured over the past month, and its diversified customer, geographic, and commodity exposure.

The company expects fiscal 2027 revenue between AU$540 million and AU$580 million and net profit after tax between AU$54 million and AU$58 million, an earlier filling showed.
