LG Electronics (KRX:066570) said its US-based unit, Bear Robotics, has not made any decision regarding a Nasdaq listing, denying media reports that the company is seeking a listing, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.
The South Korean company said a follow-up disclosure will be made once specific details are finalized or within one month.
