L&F Says Convertible Bond Issuance Not Finalized Yet; Shares Rise 3%

L&F (KRX:066970) said Tuesday that it was reviewing several financing options, including convertible bonds, to support higher shipments and secure key raw materials for mass production of LFP cathode materials.
The battery materials producer said that it will make a follow-up disclosure once details are finalized or within a month.
The remarks came after Green Economy News published a report on the same on Tuesday, according to a filing with the Korea Exchange the same day.
Shares of L&F rose over 3% in recent trade.
