Astroscale's French Subsidiary Wins 13.2 Million Euro Deorbiting Contract

Astroscale's (TYO:186A) French subsidiary Astroscale France SAS secured a contract worth 13.2 million euros from French space mobility company Exotrail SA and satellite operator Eutelsat SA for a deorbiting demonstration mission under France's France 2030 program, according to a Friday filing with the Japanese bourse.
The contract will run through 2030, the filing said.
The mission will demonstrate the approach, docking, and deorbiting of an Eutelsat OneWeb satellite in low Earth orbit, it said.
Shares of Astroscale fell over 1% in recent trade.
