Oracle Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q2 Guidance Set

Oracle (ORCL) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $1.92 per diluted share, up from $1.47 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.74.

Revenue for the three months ended August 31 was $19.35 billion, up from $14.93 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $19.14 billion.

For fiscal Q2, the company expects adjusted EPS of $1.85 to $1.93 and revenue growth of 30% to 34%. Analysts expect EPS of $1.89.

For the full-year fiscal 2027, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $8.10 on revenue of at least $90 billion. It earlier expected adjusted EPS of $8.05 on revenue of $90 billion.

Analysts expect EPS of $8.07 on revenue of $89.66 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.50 per share, payable Oct. 23 to stockholders of record Oct. 9.
