Chengdu Ultra Pure Applied Materials (SHE:301717) plans to use 1.12 billion yuan of funds from its special accounts to pay certain expenses of its projects, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The funds will be withdrawn from its special account for raised funds and will be transferred to the company's own accounts for replacement.
The projects to be funded are the industrialization projects for core optical semiconductor components, semiconductor materials and surface treatment, the expansion of the Meishan Base Capacity, and the construction of a headquarters and research and development center.
The Chinese semiconductor components maker also proposed to use 120 million yuan from its special account to supplement its working capital.
