Meey Global has filed for an initial public offering.
The Cayman Islands company said it plans to apply to list its units on the Nasdaq under an undisclosed ticker symbol, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday. The company didn't disclose expectations for the size or pricing of the offering.
The company has also granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the units included in the offering to cover over-allotments. Arc Group Securities is listed as the offering's underwriter.
Meey Global, a subsidiary of Meey Founder Ltd., conducts its operations through its subsidiaries in Singapore and Vietnam, which develop, operate and commercialize an ecosystem of digital real-estate platforms and data-intelligence services.
The company recorded revenue of $2.7 million for the year ending March 31, up from $297,617 in prior-year period. Its net loss narrowed to $6.6 million from $6.7 million over the same period.
