Balloons and 'America the Beautiful' Performance Close GOP Convention

President Donald Trump delivered a shorter-than-usual speech for the second and final night of the Republican party's midterm convention and admitted he was getting a little tired of the politics himself. "That's enough of politics, I've been doing this now for seven days straight. I want a little music if you don't mind, enough with the politics." Still, the speech risked overshadowing the keynote delivered earlier by Vice President JD Vance.

Wrapping up after 30 minutes, Trump welcomed acclaimed tenor Christopher Maccio to perform "America the Beautiful" as red, white and blue balloons fell from the ceiling of the arena.
