Daou Technology (KRX:023590) signed a Jukjeon data center colocation service agreement with Naver Cloud, running from June 23, 2027, to June 22, 2034, extendable by up to three years by mutual agreement.

The contract amount exceeds 2.5% of recent annual revenue, triggering mandatory disclosure, but the amount is withheld as confidential until June 22, 2034, according to a Korea bourse filing on Thursday.

Under the payment terms, invoicing will be issued by the 20th of the following month, with payments due by month-end. The agreement does not require any deposit or advance payment.

Recent annual revenue is based on the 2025 consolidated financial statements, and the effective date of the contract was on Sept. 10.
