Reformation Fiscal Q2 Earnings, Revenue Rise

Reformation (REF) reported fiscal Q2 earnings late Thursday of $0.23 per diluted share, up from $0.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.21.

Revenue for the 13 weeks ended June 27 was $155.2 million, up from $125.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $154.5 million.

For the full-year fiscal 2026, the company expects revenue of $602 million to $606 million. Analysts expect $601.4 million.

Shares of Reformation were up 3.4% in after-hours trading.
