GENOVA to Acquire Healthcare Media Business for 51 Million Yen

GENOVA (TYO:9341) board approved the acquisition of the "Karada ni Iikoto" healthcare media business from Central Medience for 51 million yen, according to a Friday filing.
The business, which includes contracted editorial, sponsored content and PR services, generated sales of 188 million yen in the fiscal year ended April 2026.
The acquisition is expected to close Sept. 14, with payment in cash.
GENOVA said the deal will strengthen its healthcare media business and expand its content distribution into print media.
