HSBC Issues, to List Yen-Denominated Senior Bonds

HSBC (HKG:0005) issued three different series of bonds on Friday, according to a same-day bourse filing.

The issue comprises 21.6 billion yen of 2.769% senior callable bonds due in September 2030, 25.7 billion yen of 3.227% bonds maturing in September 2032, and 7 billion yen of 3.879% bonds due in September 2037.

The lender has applied for the listing of the bonds on Euronext Dublin in Ireland.
