CPE Technology 9 (KLSE:CPETECH) established a new subsidiary, Kita Champion, according to a Friday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The new unit will be involved in the business of treatment and coating of metals, machining and manufacture of other fabricated metal products.
CPE Technology will own 50.5% of the venture, with Kanekita Corp. holding the remaining 49.5%, the filing said.
