EuroSports Global Names Founder's Son Deputy CEO; Shares Rally 20%

EuroSports Global (SGX:5G1) has appointed Joshua Yi Shun Goh as executive director and deputy CEO, effective Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The appointment follows the resignation of founder, executive chairman, and CEO Goh Kim San, who stepped down immediately after pleading guilty to three counts of false trading.
The new deputy CEO, who is the son of the departing founder, has served as the company's chief of staff since September 2025 and will continue to lead the group's electric motorcycle subsidiary, Scorpio Electric.
Shares of the company jumped 20% in recent trade.
