PM Capital Global Opportunities Fund Raises AU$172 Million Through Share Purchase Plan

PM Capital Global Opportunities Fund (ASX:PGF) raised around AU$172 million through its share purchase plan, with all valid applications from 7,483 eligible shareholders accepted in full, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The company expects to issue around 56 million new shares at AU$3.07 each on Friday, with the shares ranking equally with existing shares and qualifying for the AU$0.075 fully franked fiscal 2026 second-half dividend, per the filing.

Trading in the new shares is expected to commence on Sept. 14, with holding statements and any applicable refunds due to be issued on Sept. 15, the filing said.

The company said its AU$611 million in retained earnings and profit reserves are sufficient to support its intended fully franked dividend of AU$0.16 per annum for about 5.8 years, the filing added.

The company's shares were down 1% in recent Thursday trade.
