Settlement of the notes is expected on Sept. 17, subject to customary closing conditions, Brightstar Lottery said.
Gross proceeds will be used to fund the purchase of Regulation S interests in its outstanding 2.375% senior secured notes due 2028, repay borrowings, and pay fees and expenses, the company said.
The 2032 notes are expected to be listed on the Official List of Euronext Dublin and admitted to trading on its Global Exchange Market, Brightstar said.
