Market Chatter: China Airlines to Raise International Booking Fee

China Airlines (TPE:2610) will raise the booking service fee on its international flights to $33 from $30, effective Sept. 22, the carrier said, as cited by Focus Taiwan on Thursday.
The increase is in line with industry standards and follows those made in March and July. The fee helps cover the cost of using global distribution systems for reservations, the report added.
