Vingroup Plans Up to 455 Billion Won Bond Issue

Vietnam-based Vingroup (HOSE:VIC) plans to issue up to 455 billion Korean won of secured, non-convertible bonds through a private placement to investors in South Korea, according to a board resolution.

The bonds will have a three-year maturity and a fixed coupon of up to 8% a year, with the final rate to be determined based on market conditions, according to a Wednesday filing.

The bonds will not be offered or listed in Vietnam.

The issuance is expected to take place in the third or fourth quarter of 2026, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals.
